Check in All Players and Officials are required to check-in at the Tournament Office in the Kahuna squash & badminton, where they will be provided with tournament info packs, Championships badge etc.
Accommodation provided by the organizers will be in Warsaw Apartments (Augustówka 9, telephone: +48 22 550 45 70). Breakfasts will be offered in the Hotel.

Lockers are situated at the Kahuna reception. Please keep the Kahuna, and in particular the changing areas, in a clean and tidy state. If you have any complaints or suggestions please direct them through the Kahuna Reception.
The staff and volunteers at Kahuna squash&badminton and the personnel from PFS and ESF accept no responsibility for any personal belongings of visitors. We advise that all personal belongings are kept on your person. Alternatively, please make use of the lockers in each of the changing rooms.
The Kahuna proshop will be open between 08:00 and 22:00 offering a full selection of shoes, grips and other accessories. A full stringing will be offered during a day . Please leave the racket at the Kahuna reception with a name tag. Price for service: 25 PLN + strings (30 - 55PLN). Shopping The Kahuna and Hotel are 3 kilometers from the Sadyba Best Mall Shoping Centre with an excellent range of shops for anything you need (open: 10:00 - 21:00 ).
The nearest bank office and currency exchange (Multibank) is in the ITI. More information in Hotel reception. The Kahuna will not offer any exchange services and all payments in the club have to be made only in cash in Polish Zloty. In all shops and pubs credit cards are accepted. Still you need Polish Zloty for taxi and one fare in the City Centre costs about 30 PLN (7 EUR).
A vast number of pubs, cafes, restaurants and night-clubs can be found in the center of the town. The easiest way to make a choice is to visit the website http://www.warsaw-life.com/ . Organizers are not concerned about the security in these institutions as long as You act relevantly.
Both, the Hotel and the Kahuna, have wireless internet connections. Both are free of charge. For making local phone calls ask the Club Reception.
Players may be required to give interviews in the Kahuna reception area or elsewhere before or on completion of their matches. All reasonable requests for interviews should be accepted.
If you require assistance please seek this through the Kahuna Reception. In emergency cases 112 should be called immediately. There are several hospitals in the neighborhood of the Kahuna providing emergency first aid. The nearest drug store is in the Sadyba Best Mall. According to ESF rules, all junior players must wear approved Eye Guards when entering a court and competing during the event. Players will not be allowed to compete without approved eye protection and checks may be made. Seeding The seeding will be carried out using the ESF Junior Rankings valid at the closing date and in accordance with the ESF Junior Circuit Guidelines. Numerki do szafek znajdują się w recepcji. Prosimy o zachowanie czystości i porządku na terenie całego klubu Kahuna. Jeśli będziecie mieli jakieś zastrzeżenia bądź sugestie prosimy o bezpośrednie informowanie o nich recepcji klubu Kahuna.
Obsługa oraz pracownicy klubu Kahuna nie ponoszą żadnej odpowiedzialności za pozostawione rzeczy. Prosimy, aby wszystkie swoje rzeczy mieć przy sobie bądź zostawić je w zamkniętych szafkach.
W Kahunie znajduje się sklep ze wszystkimi potrzebnymi rzeczami do squasha. Oferta obejmuje m.in. buty, rakiety, owijki, skarpetki, koszulki, spodenki, spódniczki etc. Serwis naciągania rakiet będzie czynny przez cały dzień. Cena za usługę wynosi : 25 PLN + naciąg (30-55 PLN). W odległości 3 kilometrów od Klubu znajduję się centrum Handlowe Sadyba Best Mall, które jest otwarte w godzinach 10:00-21:00.
Najbliższy bank oraz bankomat znajduję się przy ITI na ul. Wiertniczej. Więcej informacji można uzyskać w recepcji klubu Kahuna bądź w recepcji Hotelu. We wszystkich sklepach, pubach oraz w większości restauracji akceptowane są karty kredytowe.
Zarówno w Hotelu jak i w Kahunie znajduje się bezprzewodowy darmowy Internet.
Ratownik medyczny będzie dostępny podczas całych mistrzostw. W razie potrzeby prosimy o poinformowanie recepcji klubu. W sąsiedztwie Kahuny znajduje się kilka szpitali, w których działa całodobowy Ostry Dyżur. Najbliższa apteka znajduję się w centrum handlowym Sadyba Best Mall na ul. Powsińskiej.
Zgodnie z zasadami Europejskiej Federacji Squasha wszyscy juniorzy mają obowiązek rozgrywania meczy w ochronnych okularach. Ostatni dzień zgłoszeń Ostatni dzień zgłoszeń to 24 październik 2011.
